Shyhrete Berisha

Shyhrete Berisha is one of the three survivors of the massacre of more than 40 women, children, and men from the Berisha family in Suva Reka on March 26, 1999. She testified three times before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia about the Serbian police’s attack, in which she lost her husband, four children and forty members of her extended family.
