SARAJEVO, June 27 – RECOM is a pointer for future peacemakers and it is a necessary tool to build up relations in the region on healthy grounds, appreciation, openness, and respect, stated the Mayer of Sarajevo, Alija Behmen in the opening session of the International Forum on Transitional Justice in successor countries of the former Yugoslavia held in Sarajevo.

The Statute was adopted at the session of the Assembly that took place in Zagreb, on October 15th 2010, before the start of the Seventh Regional Forum on Transitional Justice. Amended at the Parliament session of the Coalition for RECOM, held in Sarajevo, June 26, 2011
